Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of DevSecOps practices across cloud and on-premises infrastructure.

• Build and maintain secure, automated CI/CD pipelines that support continuous integration, delivery, and deployment for multiple product teams.

• Implement robust security controls, vulnerability management, and compliance monitoring within the software delivery lifecycle.

• Collaborate closely with software engineers, security teams, and operations to ensure seamless integration of DevSecOps processes.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance and deployment reliability across production and staging environments.

• Develop and enforce infrastructure-as-code standards using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar frameworks.

• Drive adoption of best practices in containerization, orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Mentor and lead DevSecOps team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, security awareness, and operational excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven expertise in DevSecOps practices within FinTech or highly regulated industries.

• Strong proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or equivalent.

• Extensive experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration frameworks.

• Deep understanding of cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, with hands-on deployment experience.

• Knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and compliance requirements (ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS).

• Proficient in scripting and automation languages (Python, Bash, Go, or similar).

• Solid grasp of monitoring, logging, and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).

Experience

• Minimum 7–10 years in DevOps/DevSecOps roles, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or senior engineering position.

• Demonstrated experience implementing security-first DevOps strategies in production-grade FinTech systems.

• Experience managing cross-functional teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Working Hours

• Full-time role with flexible working hours; availability for occasional off-hours incident management or coordination with international teams may be required.

• Remote work options available; periodic on-site collaboration may be requested depending on project needs.
