Global MNC Tech is seeking a creative and results-driven Freelance Video Marketing Lead specializing in YouTube Shorts and Reels strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of short-form video content, digital marketing trends, and audience engagement strategies. This role focuses on designing and executing innovative video campaigns to drive brand visibility, engagement, and conversion across social media platforms. As a freelancer, you will have the flexibility to work remotely while contributing directly to our digital marketing growth initiatives.
Develop and implement a comprehensive short-form video strategy tailored for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and other relevant platforms.
Create compelling, high-quality, and engaging video content that aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize video ideas, storyboards, and scripts.
Monitor trends in short-form video marketing and apply best practices to maximize reach and engagement.
Analyze video performance metrics (views, watch time, click-through rates, engagement) to optimize content strategy.
Manage content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules for all platforms.
Coordinate with internal teams to repurpose long-form content into optimized short-form videos.
Provide recommendations for social media advertising campaigns to amplify content reach.
Proven experience in short-form video marketing, specifically YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.
Strong video production skills, including editing, motion graphics, and post-production tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or equivalent).
Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to capture attention in 15–60 seconds.
Knowledge of SEO for video content and social media algorithms.
Strong project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with analytics tools such as YouTube Studio, Instagram Insights, Google Analytics, or similar.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or video content creation, with at least 1 year focused on short-form video campaigns.
Demonstrable portfolio showcasing successful YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, or TikTok campaigns.
Experience working in a freelance or remote environment is preferred.
Flexible, freelance-based schedule.
Must be able to commit to deadlines and maintain consistent communication with the marketing team.
Occasional participation in virtual meetings may be required across different time zones.
