Startup Inno is seeking an innovative and highly skilled Lead Data Scientist to drive the development of cutting-edge multilingual conversational AI solutions. As the Lead Data Scientist, you will spearhead research, model development, and implementation of state-of-the-art AI systems, ensuring that Startup Inno remains at the forefront of conversational AI technology globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data scientists and NLP engineers, fostering innovation and collaboration.

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced multilingual NLP models for chatbots, virtual assistants, and conversational platforms.

• Translate business objectives into AI solutions, including dialogue systems, intent recognition, and sentiment analysis.

• Conduct research on emerging AI and NLP technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), to enhance product capabilities.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, software engineers, and UX designers to integrate AI models into production systems.

• Establish and maintain best practices for model governance, evaluation, and ethical AI deployment.

• Monitor and optimize model performance using metrics such as accuracy, response relevance, and user satisfaction.

• Drive initiatives to improve data pipelines, annotation processes, and multilingual dataset acquisition.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.

• Strong expertise in NLP, conversational AI, and multilingual model development.

• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and relevant ML libraries.

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformer architectures (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5).

• Solid understanding of machine learning pipelines, data preprocessing, and model evaluation techniques.

• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team of technical professionals.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience

• Minimum of 7–10 years in data science, AI, or NLP, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• Hands-on experience deploying conversational AI solutions in real-world applications.

• Demonstrated success in developing multilingual AI models and managing cross-functional teams.

• Experience in research and development, publication of AI/NLP papers, or contributions to open-source projects is a plus.

Working Hours

• Full-time, flexible working hours with options for hybrid or remote work.
