Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a highly motivated Junior AI/ML Research Scientist with a strong foundation in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data-driven research. The ideal candidate will contribute to cutting-edge projects that push the boundaries of AI applications across various domains. This role is perfect for early-career researchers who are passionate about translating innovative AI/ML concepts into practical solutions. A Ph.D. in a relevant field is preferred, but exceptional Masters candidates with strong research experience will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced research in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, or computer vision.

• Design, implement, and evaluate ML/AI models and algorithms.

• Collaborate with senior researchers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products.

• Analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights and support model development.

• Prepare technical reports, research papers, and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Stay updated on the latest AI/ML research, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance project outcomes.

• Contribute to the companys AI knowledge base, documenting experiments and findings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field preferred; Masters with strong research experience considered.

• Strong proficiency in Python, R, or other programming languages used in AI/ML development.

• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or scikit-learn.

• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and mathematical foundations of ML/AI.

• Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for research documentation and presentations.

Experience

• 0–3 years of research or applied experience in AI/ML is ideal.

• Experience in academic or industrial research projects, internships, or collaborative AI initiatives is a plus.

Working Hours

• Full-time, flexible working hours.
