Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking highly motivated and analytical fresh graduates to join our 2026 Graduate Program as Junior Data Scientists. This role is designed for early-career professionals who are passionate about data, technology, and problem-solving. As a Junior Data Scientist, you will work closely with senior data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing large datasets from multiple sources.

• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

• Develop and maintain basic predictive and statistical models under the guidance of senior team members.

• Support data visualization and reporting using dashboards and presentations for stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.

• Document methodologies, processes, and results for knowledge sharing and compliance.

• Participate in code reviews, model validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Stay updated with the latest tools, technologies, and best practices in data science and analytics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field (2026 graduates only).

• Strong understanding of basic statistics, probability, and data analysis concepts.

• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python or R.

• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.

• Basic knowledge of machine learning algorithms (regression, classification, clustering).

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib/Seaborn.

• Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Experience

• Fresh graduates (2026 batch) or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant academic or internship experience.

• Internship, academic projects, or capstone projects in data analytics, machine learning, or business intelligence will be considered a strong advantage.

• No prior full-time industry experience is required.

Working Hours

• Full-time role: 40 hours per week.

• Standard business hours with flexibility depending on project requirements.
