Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain seasonal visual merchandising concepts across all store locations.

• Collaborate with store managers and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency in all displays.

• Create attractive, innovative, and on-brand product presentations to maximize sales.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of displays and suggest improvements.

• Ensure all visual merchandising materials are properly maintained, organized, and replenished.

• Assist in the setup of promotional campaigns, special events, and seasonal launches.

• Provide training and guidance to store staff on visual merchandising standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Interior Design, Retail Management, or related field.

• Strong sense of aesthetics, color theory, and design principles.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in basic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to adapt quickly to changing trends and store requirements.

Experience

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail visual merchandising or related field.

• Experience in seasonal or promotional campaigns is highly desirable.

• Prior work in large retail chains or multinational companies will be an advantage.

Working Hours

• Part-time position with flexible hours during peak seasons.

• Will require weekend and holiday availability depending on promotional schedules.
