Global MNC Tech is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bilingual Customer Support Representative fluent in German and English to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our international customers, providing exceptional support, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping customers from diverse backgrounds.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in both German and English.
Resolve product and service issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Document customer interactions, feedback, and solutions accurately in the companys CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues and provide timely solutions.
Identify recurring customer concerns and suggest improvements to processes or product features.
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging customer interactions.
Basic technical skills and comfort navigating CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Flexibility to adapt to changing processes and customer needs.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or support roles preferred.
Experience supporting international clients or working in a bilingual environment is highly advantageous.
Part-time role: Flexible shifts ranging 15–25 hours per week.
Shift timings may include mornings, afternoons, or evenings, with potential weekend coverage depending on business needs.
