Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in both German and English.

  • Resolve product and service issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Document customer interactions, feedback, and solutions accurately in the companys CRM system.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues and provide timely solutions.

  • Identify recurring customer concerns and suggest improvements to processes or product features.

  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging customer interactions.

  • Basic technical skills and comfort navigating CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing processes and customer needs.


Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or support roles preferred.

  • Experience supporting international clients or working in a bilingual environment is highly advantageous.


Working Hours

  • Part-time role: Flexible shifts ranging 15–25 hours per week.

  • Shift timings may include mornings, afternoons, or evenings, with potential weekend coverage depending on business needs.
