Global MNC Tech is seeking a meticulous and proactive Part-Time Accounts Assistant to join our finance team on a hybrid working model. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals with experience in accounting software like Tally or Xero. The successful candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and assist in generating reports that help the management make informed decisions. Maintain and update financial records using Tally or Xero.
Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Handle invoicing, expense claims, and vendor communications.
Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and internal controls.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and reporting support.
Assist in audit preparation and respond to queries from auditors as needed.
Diploma, Bachelors degree, or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proficiency in Tally and/or Xero accounting software.
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial statements.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a corporate or MNC environment.
Hands-on experience with Tally or Xero, and familiarity with financial reporting and reconciliations.
Part-time role with flexible working hours, approximately 20–25 hours per week.
Hybrid model: combination of on-site presence at our office and remote work, based on team requirements.
Solid knowledge of accounting standards and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.
Adaptable, self-motivated, and capable of meeting deadlines.
