Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Part-Time Bar Staff to join our vibrant Traditional Irish Pub. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, enjoy working in a fast-paced social environment, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving high-quality beverages and food, and ensuring every guest has a memorable pub experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service at all times.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and hygiene regulations.

• Take customer orders accurately and process payments using POS systems.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, counters, and equipment.

• Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health & safety standards, and responsible alcohol service.

• Upsell menu items, promotions, and special offers to enhance customer experience and revenue.

• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

• Support team members during busy periods and contribute to a positive team culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable personality.

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and transactions.

• Knowledge of bar operations, beverages, and service etiquette.

• Legal eligibility to serve alcohol as per local regulations.

Experience

• Previous experience in a bar, pub, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred but not mandatory.

• Freshers and students with a keen interest in hospitality are encouraged to apply.

• On-the-job training will be provided for the right candidates.

Working Hours

• Part-time shifts, typically 15–25 hours per week.

• Flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

• Shift patterns may vary depending on business requirements.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
