Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organized Part-Time Receptionist to join our team on a morning shift. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy being the first point of contact in a dynamic corporate environment and who take pride in delivering exceptional customer service. As a Receptionist, you will represent the companys image and culture, ensuring that all visitors, clients, and employees receive a positive and professional experience from the moment they interact with our organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently.

  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.

  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes where required.

  • Schedule meeting rooms and coordinate with internal teams for appointments.

  • Provide basic administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document handling.

  • Assist HR and office management teams with day-to-day operational tasks.

  • Respond to general inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.


Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role preferred.

  • Freshers with strong communication skills and a professional approach are also encouraged to apply.

  • Experience in a corporate or multinational environment will be an added advantage.


Working Hours

  • Part-Time, Morning Shift

  • Monday to Friday

  • Typically 4 to 5 hours per day (exact timings to be discussed during the interview)
