Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a passionate and skilled Weekend Spa Therapist to join our team at our award-winning luxury resort. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of therapeutic treatments while ensuring the highest standards of service, hygiene, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional spa treatments including massages, facials, body therapies, and wellness rituals as per resort standards.

• Conduct client consultations to understand guest needs, preferences, and health conditions.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic treatment environment in line with health and safety regulations.

• Recommend suitable spa packages, treatments, and retail products to guests.

• Ensure accurate documentation of client records and treatment histories.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a relaxing, luxurious experience for all guests.

• Assist in maintaining inventory levels of spa products and supplies.

• Collaborate with other spa and resort staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Certification or diploma in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and wellness treatments.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Ability to build rapport with guests and provide personalized services.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.

Experience

• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in a hotel, resort, or wellness center.

• Experience working in luxury or premium hospitality environments will be an added advantage.

• Freshers with strong training and exceptional skills may also be considered.

Working Hours

• Part-time / Weekend role.

• Primarily Saturday and Sunday, including public holidays as required.

• Flexible shifts based on resort operations and guest bookings.

• In-depth understanding of spa treatments, aromatherapy, and wellness practices.

• Knowledge of hygiene standards, safety protocols, and professional ethics.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
