Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Outbound Sales Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for lead generation, outbound sales activities, and customer engagement to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform outbound sales calls to generate and qualify leads

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

  • Understand client requirements and promote appropriate staffing, training, and digital solutions

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

  • Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support


Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or inside sales

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion abilities

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

  • Experience with outbound sales and lead generation techniques

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

  • Prior experience in sales or customer service roles preferred
