As a Data Scientist on the Marketing Optimization Analytics team, you will play a key role in using data and advanced analytics to drive growth and optimize marketing performance across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage data and advanced analytics to support decision-making and drive innovation in marketing strategies

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define business objectives and develop data-driven solutions

  • Build, deploy, and maintain predictive models and statistical analyses to optimize marketing campaigns and improve performance

  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights

  • Clearly communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Continuously monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance, providing data-driven optimization recommendations

  • Identify and integrate new data sources, tools, and analytical techniques to enhance marketing effectiveness

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance through rigorous quality checks and best practices

  • Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to develop and maintain data infrastructure, analytics tools, and reporting solutions

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data science and marketing analytics

  • Train and mentor junior data scientists and analysts, promoting best practices in modeling and analysis

  • Uphold ethical standards and comply with data privacy regulations when handling sensitive data

  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in data collection, analysis, and reporting

  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives supporting broader organizational goals

  • Represent the Marketing Optimization Analytics team in stakeholder meetings and presentations
