JobAdic Info Solutions is seeking highly organized and proactive Virtual Office Managers to join our dynamic remote team in India. This role is ideal for self-motivated professionals who excel at coordinating office operations, managing digital workflows, and supporting multiple teams in a fast-paced virtual environment. The Virtual Office Manager will serve as a crucial link between leadership, employees, and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth and efficient office operations while upholding our companys high standards of professionalism.
Oversee daily virtual office operations, ensuring timely communication and task completion.
Manage scheduling, appointments, and calendars for executives and teams.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including virtual conferences and team events.
Maintain digital records, documentation, and filing systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist with HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees and tracking leave or attendance.
Monitor office productivity, implement process improvements, and ensure adherence to company policies.
Serve as the primary point of contact for virtual administrative support requests.
Support project management by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and progress reports.
Handle vendor communications, procurement requests, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Proven experience in office administration, virtual assistance, or office management.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and common virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Trello, Asana).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and implement solutions proactively.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in office administration, virtual assistance, or office management.
Experience supporting multiple teams or senior executives in a remote or hybrid setting is highly desirable.
Full-time remote position.
Standard working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST (flexible hours may be considered based on experience).
Occasional extended hours may be required to meet project deadlines.
Strong knowledge of digital office tools and cloud-based management platforms.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across remote teams.
Strong analytical and reporting skills to support management decision-making.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and workflow requirements.
