JobAdic Info Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Payroll and HR Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team in India. This role offers the opportunity to manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and support HR operations efficiently in a fully remote setup. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical HR knowledge with excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure seamless HR and payroll services for our employees.
Manage and execute end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and payroll systems with precision.
Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory filings.
Prepare and distribute payroll reports, salary slips, and tax-related documentation.
Assist in HR operations tasks, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and exit formalities.
Respond to employee queries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies promptly.
Collaborate with external vendors, tax consultants, and statutory authorities when needed.
Continuously evaluate HR and payroll processes to identify and implement improvements.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong understanding of Indian payroll processes, labor laws, PF, ESI, professional tax, and TDS compliance.
Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SAP, GreytHR, ADP, or similar platforms) and MS Office Suite.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and numerical accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for remote coordination with employees and teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote environment.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in payroll processing, HR operations, or related roles.
Prior experience in remote HR or payroll roles will be highly advantageous.
Full-time, remote position based in India.
Standard working hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST (flexible hours may be considered based on business needs).
In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations and HR best practices.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling employee information.
Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
Familiarity with HRMS systems and cloud-based payroll tools.
