JobAdic Info Solutions, a forward-thinking HR and staffing solutions company, is seeking a highly motivated and organized Online HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team in India. This role is ideal for a professional with a passion for human resources, talent management, and virtual administration. As an Online HR Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting HR operations, recruitment processes, and employee engagement initiatives—all while working remotely. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing HR tasks in a digital workspace.
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and onboarding documentation in compliance with company policies.
Coordinate virtual orientation and onboarding sessions for new hires.
Support HR managers with employee engagement programs, surveys, and recognition initiatives.
Prepare HR reports, metrics, and dashboards for management review.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, organizational policies, and best HR practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR projects and initiatives.
Assist in payroll coordination and benefits administration as needed.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR coordination, recruitment, or administration.
Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements in India.
Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS systems).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and remotely, meeting deadlines and priorities.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR coordination, HR administration, or talent acquisition.
Experience in online/remote HR operations is highly desirable.
Familiarity with digital recruitment platforms, virtual interview tools, and online HR management systems.
Full-time position (Remote/Work-from-Home)
Flexible Indian Standard Time (IST) schedule; occasional overlap with global team members may be required.
Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with employees, candidates, and management.
