Job Summary

JobAdic Info Solutions is seeking a proactive and results-driven Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing recruitment team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting top talent to interviewing, selecting, and onboarding candidates across multiple business functions. This is a fully remote opportunity, ideal for professionals who are passionate about people, employer branding, and building high-performing teams in a digital-first environment.

You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver strategic hiring solutions that support the companys long-term growth objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across departments.

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.

  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

  • Support employer branding initiatives to enhance company visibility in the talent market.

  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports using ATS and HR systems.

  • Provide market insights and hiring trends to support workforce planning.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and talent sourcing techniques.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in using job boards, LinkedIn, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

  • Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.


Experience

  • 1–4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR-related roles.

  • Experience in remote or virtual hiring processes is highly preferred.

  • Exposure to IT, BPO, or corporate hiring environments is an advantage.


Working Hours

  • Full-time, remote position.

  • Flexible working hours aligned with Indian Standard Time (IST).

  • May require occasional coordination with international teams across different time zones.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment life cycle and HR best practices.

  • Ability to evaluate candidate competencies and cultural fit.

  • Skilled in using digital tools and communication platforms (Zoom, Teams, Google Workspace).

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret hiring data and metrics.

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple job openings simultaneously.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
