Job Summary

JobAdic Info Solutions is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Work From Home Recruiter to join our growing remote HR team in India. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about talent acquisition, people management, and building strong professional networks. As a remote recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates across multiple industries, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and meeting hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews via phone/video calls.

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.

  • Schedule interviews and manage end-to-end recruitment processes.

  • Maintain accurate records of candidates and hiring progress.

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.

  • Promote employer branding and job openings online.

  • Ensure timely closure of positions while meeting quality standards.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

  • Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing.

  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.

  • Familiarity with job portals and social recruiting platforms.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.


Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply (training provided).

  • 0–3 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition is preferred.

  • Prior experience in remote hiring or BPO/IT recruitment is an added advantage.


Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours (6–8 hours per day).

  • Monday to Friday (Weekend optional based on hiring needs).

  • Work-from-home with performance-based targets.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Basic knowledge of HR concepts and recruitment lifecycle.

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple job openings.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
