Job Summary

JobAdic Info Solutions is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Remote Motion Graphics Designer to join our growing digital team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling motion graphics and animations that enhance our brand storytelling across multiple digital platforms. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to produce engaging video content for websites, social media, e-learning, and promotional campaigns.

This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work on diverse projects for clients across different industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital platforms.

• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to translate concepts into engaging visuals.

• Create explainer videos, promotional ads, product demos, and branded animations.

• Edit and enhance video footage using motion graphics, sound effects, and visual effects.

• Ensure consistency in brand identity, typography, color schemes, and visual style.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

• Stay updated with the latest trends in motion design, animation, and video production.

• Optimize video content for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, websites, etc.).

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in motion graphics and animation tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

• Solid understanding of visual storytelling, typography, composition, and color theory.

• Experience creating 2D animations; basic knowledge of 3D tools (Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus.

• Ability to interpret creative briefs and transform ideas into engaging visuals.

• Strong attention to detail and design quality.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote environment.

• A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and video projects.

Experience

• 1–4 years of professional experience in motion graphics, animation, or video design.

• Fresh graduates with strong portfolios and relevant internships are also encouraged to apply.

• Experience working with digital agencies, startups, or marketing teams is preferred.

Working Hours

• Full-time: 40 hours per week.

• Flexible working schedule aligned with Indian Standard Time (IST).

• Project-based or part-time options may be available for freelancers.
