Job Summary

JobAdic Info Solutions is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our remote design team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform business requirements into visually engaging and highly usable interfaces. Key Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly interfaces for websites, mobile applications, and digital products.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, development, and marketing.

• Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and products.

• Translate complex requirements into simple and intuitive user experiences.

• Maintain and update design systems, UI components, and style guides.

• Gather and incorporate user feedback to continuously improve product usability.

• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

• Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility standards.

• Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first principles.

• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications.

• Excellent visual design skills with strong attention to detail.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects and design thinking process.

Experience

• 1–4 years of experience in UI/UX design or a similar role.

• Experience working on web and mobile applications.

• Prior experience in a remote or distributed team is an advantage.

• Fresh graduates with strong portfolios and internship experience are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

• Full-time: 40 hours per week.

• Flexible working hours with core overlap during standard Indian business hours.

• Completely remote (Work From Home).
