JobAdic Info Solutions is seeking passionate, knowledgeable, and motivated Online Teachers and Tutors to join our growing digital education platform in India. This role is ideal for educators who are enthusiastic about delivering high-quality instruction through virtual channels and making a meaningful impact on students academic success. As an Online Tutor, you will be responsible for providing engaging, personalized, and results-driven learning experiences to students across various subjects and grade levels, using innovative teaching methods and modern educational technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive and effective online lessons aligned with curriculum standards.

• Assess students learning needs and tailor lesson plans accordingly.

• Provide one-on-one or group tutoring sessions via video conferencing tools.

• Prepare teaching materials, presentations, and digital resources.

• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback and reports.

• Support students with homework, assignments, and exam preparation.

• Maintain a professional online classroom environment.

• Collaborate with academic coordinators and follow company teaching guidelines.

• Stay updated with educational trends and adopt best online teaching practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher in Education or a relevant subject area.

• Strong command of the subject(s) you intend to teach.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in using digital tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or LMS platforms.

• Ability to engage and motivate students in a virtual environment.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.

• Basic computer literacy and internet navigation skills.

• A reliable laptop/desktop and high-speed internet connection.

Experience

• Minimum 0–2 years of teaching or tutoring experience preferred.

• Fresh graduates with strong subject knowledge and teaching aptitude are welcome.

• Prior experience in online teaching or e-learning platforms will be an added advantage.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours based on availability and student demand.

• Tutors can choose shifts (morning, evening, or weekend sessions).
