JobAdic Info Solutions is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Remote Back Office Executives to join our growing virtual operations team across India. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fully remote environment. As a Back Office Executive, you will support daily business operations by handling administrative tasks, data management, documentation, and internal coordination, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow across departments.

Perform accurate data entry, updating, and maintenance of company databases and systems.
Handle documentation, record management, and file organization (digital).
Support internal teams with administrative and operational tasks.
Process emails, online forms, reports, and internal requests.
Monitor workflow and ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
Maintain confidentiality of company data and sensitive information.
Assist in preparing basic reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Coordinate with team members and supervisors through online platforms.
Identify and report discrepancies or operational issues.
Bachelors degree or diploma in any discipline (preferred, not mandatory).
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
Good typing speed and data accuracy.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Reliable internet connection and personal computer/laptop.

0–3 years of experience in back office, data entry, admin support, or customer operations is an advantage.
Prior experience in remote or virtual work environments is a plus but not mandatory.
Full-time: 8 hours per day, 5–6 days a week.
