JobAdic Info Solutions is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Remote Back Office Executives to join our growing virtual operations team across India. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry, updating, and maintenance of company databases and systems.

  • Handle documentation, record management, and file organization (digital).

  • Support internal teams with administrative and operational tasks.

  • Process emails, online forms, reports, and internal requests.

  • Monitor workflow and ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.

  • Maintain confidentiality of company data and sensitive information.

  • Assist in preparing basic reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.

  • Identify and report discrepancies or operational issues.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or diploma in any discipline (preferred, not mandatory).

  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).

  • Good typing speed and data accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

  • Reliable internet connection and personal computer/laptop.


Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply.

  • 0–3 years of experience in back office, data entry, admin support, or customer operations is an advantage.

  • Prior experience in remote or virtual work environments is a plus but not mandatory.


Working Hours

  • Full-time: 8 hours per day, 5–6 days a week.

  • Flexible shifts depending on project requirements.

  • Day shift / rotational shift options available.
