Job Summary

JobAdic Info Solutions is seeking motivated and customer-focused Online Telecalling Executives to join our growing remote workforce across India. Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided leads.

• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.

• Explain products, services, or offers clearly and persuasively.

• Follow call scripts while maintaining a natural and friendly conversation flow.

• Record and update customer information accurately in the system.

• Meet daily/weekly call targets and performance metrics.

• Handle customer objections and close calls effectively.

• Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism.

• Provide feedback to supervisors regarding customer trends and issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or regional languages (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, etc.).

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM or calling software.

• Good listening and interpersonal skills.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from home.

• Access to a smartphone or computer with stable internet connection.

• Quiet home environment suitable for calling activities.

Experience

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or call center roles is preferred.

• Prior experience in remote or BPO roles will be an added advantage.

• Training will be provided for selected candidates.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours with full-time and part-time options.

• Typical shifts: 4 to 8 hours per day.

• Day shift / rotational shift depending on campaign requirements.
