Job Summary

JobAdic Info Solutions is seeking a motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing remote team in India. This work-from-home role is ideal for individuals passionate about online marketing, brand building, and data-driven growth strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple platforms to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

• Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

• Create and manage content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media channels.

• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO/SEM best practices.

• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports.

• Generate leads through online channels and improve conversion rates.

• Collaborate with designers, content writers, and sales teams for integrated campaigns.

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts including SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, and email marketing.

• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and CRM platforms.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience

• 0–3 years of experience in digital marketing or online marketing roles.

• Freshers with relevant certifications or internship experience are encouraged to apply.

• Prior experience in managing paid campaigns or SEO projects will be an added advantage.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours with a minimum commitment of 6–8 hours per day.

• 5 days a week (Monday to Friday).

• Occasional weekend work may be required during campaigns or deadlines.
