Startup Inno is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Customer Success Associate to join our dynamic FinTech team. This fully remote position focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing timely support, educating clients on our financial solutions, and ensuring high satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and be passionate about helping customers achieve their financial goals.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt, accurate, and empathetic support via chat, email, and phone.
Onboard new clients, guiding them through product setup and demonstrating features to ensure a smooth adoption.
Monitor customer accounts, proactively identifying opportunities for engagement, upselling, and risk mitigation.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Product, and Marketing, to provide feedback and enhance the customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and support requests in the CRM system.
Assist in creating educational content, FAQs, and tutorials to empower clients to use our platform effectively.
Track customer satisfaction metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
Proficiency in CRM software, ticketing systems, and virtual communication tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
Basic knowledge of FinTech products, digital banking, or financial services is a plus.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer support, client success, or a related role, preferably in the FinTech or technology sector.
Experience working in a remote or online environment is highly desirable.
Flexible full-time remote schedule; some overlap with UK/EU time zones may be required for team collaboration and client support.
Occasional participation in team meetings or training sessions outside core hours.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
High level of adaptability and comfort with changing technologies and processes.
Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and online communication platforms.
