Startup Inno is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Online Logistics Coordinator to join our remote operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our freight and logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency. You will work closely with shipping partners, internal teams, and clients to streamline supply chain processes in a fast-paced, digital-first environment. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, problem-solving, and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
Coordinate and monitor all aspects of freight and shipment activities, from dispatch to delivery, ensuring compliance with company standards and deadlines.
Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and clients to schedule, track, and confirm shipments.
Maintain accurate records of shipping, delivery, and inventory data in digital systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve logistical challenges, including delays, damages, or misrouted shipments.
Prepare and process shipping documents, invoices, and customs paperwork as needed.
Collaborate with internal departments, including procurement, sales, and customer service, to optimize supply chain efficiency.
Analyze shipping and operational data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
Support the implementation of logistics software and digital tools to enhance remote coordination.
Proven experience in logistics coordination, freight management, or supply chain operations.
Strong proficiency in logistics management systems, tracking software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of shipping regulations, customs documentation, and international freight operations is a plus.
Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight coordination.
Experience in remote work environments or virtual coordination is highly desirable.
Familiarity with e-commerce, digital freight platforms, or startup logistics is a bonus.
Full-time, remote position with flexible working hours.
