Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Property Management Assistant to join our dynamic online team. This role focuses on providing administrative and operational support to ensure the seamless management of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling digital platforms, coordinating with property owners and tenants, and assisting with day-to-day property operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist property managers with day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and email management.

  • Manage tenant communications, including responding to inquiries, addressing complaints, and coordinating maintenance requests.

  • Maintain accurate records of property listings, lease agreements, and financial transactions.

  • Coordinate property inspections, maintenance schedules, and vendor services.

  • Update and monitor online property platforms, ensuring listings are accurate and up-to-date.

  • Prepare reports on occupancy, rent collection, and property performance for management review.

  • Support the onboarding of new tenants, including preparing digital contracts and documentation.

  • Assist with marketing activities for available properties, such as creating property descriptions and uploading images.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

  • Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Buildium, AppFolio) is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.


Experience

  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in property management, real estate administration, or related fields.

  • Experience in a virtual or remote role is preferred.


Working Hours

  • Full-time position, 40 hours per week.

  • Flexible working hours with core hours for team collaboration.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of property management practices, lease agreements, and tenant relations.

  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software platforms quickly.

  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
