Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Online Billing Clerk to join our international logistics support team. This remote position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and have a passion for accurate financial processing and client support. As an Online Billing Clerk, you will be responsible for managing invoices, processing payments, and ensuring seamless billing operations across our international logistics network. You will play a critical role in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting the efficiency of our global operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate, review, and send invoices for international logistics services.

  • Ensure billing accuracy and compliance with company policies and international regulations.

  • Track outstanding payments and follow up with clients to resolve discrepancies.

  • Collaborate with logistics, sales, and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate billing.

  • Maintain detailed and organized billing records and reports.

  • Assist with month-end and year-end financial reconciliations.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance billing efficiency.

  • Handle client inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account statements professionally and promptly.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in billing, accounting, or financial administration.

  • Strong knowledge of international logistics billing processes is a plus.

  • Proficiency with billing software, spreadsheets, and online financial platforms.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.


Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in billing, finance, or logistics support.

  • Experience handling international clients and multi-currency billing preferred.

  • Familiarity with online invoicing platforms and digital financial tools.


Working Hours

  • Full-time remote position.

  • Standard working hours with flexibility to accommodate international time zones.

  • Occasional overtime may be required during peak billing periods.
