Job Summary:

Startup Inno is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Digital Sales Executive to join our dynamic online advertising team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, digital environment and is passionate about helping businesses achieve their growth goals through innovative advertising solutions. You will be responsible for generating new leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue through digital marketing campaigns while representing Startup Innos values and solutions.

As a key member of our sales team, you will combine your knowledge of digital marketing trends with exceptional communication skills to create a meaningful impact on our clients success. This is a fully remote position offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a forward-thinking company at the forefront of online advertising.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for Startup Innos online advertising services.

  • Conduct virtual presentations and product demos to showcase the benefits of our advertising solutions.

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create tailored campaigns that meet client objectives.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

  • Track and report sales metrics using CRM tools and provide regular performance updates to management.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing technologies, and competitor activity.

  • Provide clients with guidance on campaign optimization, ROI tracking, and reporting.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital sales, online advertising, or related roles.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including social media advertising, PPC, SEO, and display networks.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple client accounts.

  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


Experience:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in digital sales, online advertising, or a related field.

  • Experience working with remote teams or in a virtual sales environment is highly preferred.

  • Demonstrated success in B2B or B2C sales is a strong advantage.


Working Hours:

  • Full-time, remote position with flexible working hours.

  • Core availability: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (local time), with some flexibility for client meetings across different time zones.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Deep understanding of online advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising.

  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable using virtual communication tools like Zoom, Slack, and Microsoft Teams.
