Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Technical Support Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional technical support and guidance to our clients using our SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions, ensuring smooth adoption, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, providing technical support and guidance.

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues related to our SaaS platforms.

  • Guide clients through product features, setup processes, and best practices for online training platforms.

  • Document issues, resolutions, and customer interactions accurately in the support system.

  • Collaborate with the development and product teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.

  • Proactively identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct basic training sessions or demonstrations for clients to optimize platform usage.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of company products, updates, and industry trends.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of SaaS platforms and cloud-based software.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests effectively.

  • Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to high-quality service.

  • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment.

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, CRM software, or helpdesk platforms is a plus.


Experience

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in technical support, customer service, or SaaS-related roles.

  • Previous experience supporting online learning platforms or SaaS products is highly desirable.


Working Hours

  • Flexible remote working schedule; may require availability across different time zones.

  • Full-time position with standard business hours, Monday to Friday, with occasional support outside standard hours as needed.

  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new software.

  • Patience and resilience when handling challenging customer interactions.
