Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Travel Concierge to join our luxury travel team. This role focuses on providing exceptional end-to-end travel planning services for high-end clients, ensuring seamless, personalized, and memorable experiences. The ideal candidate will combine strong organizational skills, luxury travel knowledge, and superior customer service to craft bespoke itineraries while maintaining the highest standard of professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate luxury travel bookings including flights, accommodations, private transfers, tours, and exclusive experiences.

• Provide personalized travel recommendations tailored to client preferences, interests, and budgets.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global luxury travel trends, destinations, and exclusive offerings.

• Liaise with hotels, airlines, travel agencies, and local service providers to secure premium experiences and competitive rates.

• Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and special requests efficiently and professionally.

• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, itineraries, and travel preferences.

• Ensure exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries via email, phone, or chat.

• Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Monitor and resolve client complaints or travel issues, ensuring satisfaction at every stage.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proven experience in luxury travel, concierge services, or high-end customer service roles.

• Strong knowledge of travel booking platforms, online reservation systems, and travel software.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and itineraries simultaneously.

Experience
