Startup Inno is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Online Survey & Research Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support data collection and research efforts by conducting online surveys, gathering market insights, and analyzing information efficiently using mobile-friendly tools. This position is ideal for individuals who are proactive, organized, and comfortable working remotely while delivering high-quality results.
The role contributes directly to the companys understanding of customer preferences, market trends, and operational insights, ensuring data-driven decision-making across various projects.
Conduct online surveys using mobile-friendly platforms and tools.
Collect, organize, and verify research data from multiple digital sources.
Assist in market research projects, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring.
Input and maintain accurate survey and research data in company databases.
Prepare concise summaries and reports of findings for management review.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical research standards.
Collaborate with other team members to improve survey designs and research methodologies.
Meet project deadlines while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficient with mobile devices, smartphones, and survey applications.
Strong internet research skills and familiarity with online databases.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of data entry, spreadsheets, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Prior experience in online research, data entry, surveys, or market research is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience with mobile data collection platforms or survey tools is a plus.
Familiarity with social media research and digital trends is advantageous.
Flexible remote schedule, typically 20–40 hours per week.
