  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and campaigns.

  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes in the CRM system.

  • Provide regular reports on lead generation performance, conversion rates, and market insights.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging sales tools to continuously improve lead generation efficiency.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, or a similar online sales role.

  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo).

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages.

Experience
