Startup Inno is seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Assistant – Content Creator to join our dynamic online team. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about digital marketing, storytelling, and content creation. The ideal candidate will support our marketing initiatives by developing engaging content across social media, websites, email campaigns, and other digital platforms. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to the growth of an innovative startup.
Create, edit, and publish compelling content for social media channels, blogs, newsletters, and company website.
Assist in developing marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and digital advertising initiatives.
Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools to optimize engagement and reach.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new content ideas and strategies.
Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, guidelines, and marketing objectives.
Research industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital marketing tactics.
Support the production of multimedia content such as graphics, videos, and infographics.
Assist in managing social media scheduling, post approvals, and audience interactions.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, etc.).
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software is preferred.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
Experience in a startup or fast-paced online environment is highly desirable.
Portfolio or examples of previous digital content work preferred.
Full-time, remote position.
