Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other outreach to potential clients in the global market.

  • Qualify leads and identify decision-makers for scheduled appointments.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and scheduled appointments in CRM systems.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and maximize conversion opportunities.

  • Continuously improve scripts, communication techniques, and outreach strategies.

  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.

  • Represent Startup Inno professionally, maintaining high standards of client communication and relationship building.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and active listening abilities.

  • Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections professionally.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

  • Basic familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems.

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for uninterrupted communication.


Experience

  • Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or lead generation is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Experience in a B2B sales or global market environment is a plus.
