As a Remote Appointment Setter, you will act as the first point of contact for potential clients, building interest in our solutions and creating valuable opportunities for our sales team. Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other outreach to potential clients in the global market.
Qualify leads and identify decision-makers for scheduled appointments.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and scheduled appointments in CRM systems.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and maximize conversion opportunities.
Continuously improve scripts, communication techniques, and outreach strategies.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.
Represent Startup Inno professionally, maintaining high standards of client communication and relationship building.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and active listening abilities.
Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections professionally.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Basic familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for uninterrupted communication.
Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or lead generation is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience in a B2B sales or global market environment is a plus.
