Startup Inno is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused, and highly motivated individuals to join our growing remote Customer Support team. As a Work From Home Customer Support Representative for our online retail operations (Zando/Amazon), you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and positive shopping experience across digital platforms.

In this role, you will handle customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, returns, payments, and product information while maintaining high service standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a professional and timely manner.

  • Assist customers with order tracking, returns, refunds, cancellations, and product-related questions.

  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.

  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant internal teams when necessary.

  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service quality.

  • Meet or exceed individual performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

  • Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and platform policies (Zando/Amazon).


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset.

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer queries simultaneously.

  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online platforms.

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home working environment.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.


Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply.

  • Prior experience in customer support, call centers, or e-commerce is an advantage but not mandatory.

  • Experience working with online retail platforms such as Amazon, Zando, Shopify, or similar is a plus.


Working Hours

  • Flexible shifts (Full-time or Part-time options available).

  • Rotational shifts may include weekends and public holidays depending on business needs.

  • Standard working hours range between 6 to 9 hours per day.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

  • Good listening skills with the ability to empathize with customers.

  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce processes (orders, payments, shipping, returns).
