Startup Inno is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Remote Virtual Assistant to support our growing global operations. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and are comfortable working remotely during night shifts while earning in USD. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative and operational support for our leadership team and international clients.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a passion for delivering high-quality support in a virtual setting. Provide comprehensive administrative support including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling emails.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required by management.
Manage data entry tasks, online research, and record-keeping with high accuracy.
Coordinate with internal teams and external clients across different time zones.
Assist with customer support inquiries via email, chat, or other communication platforms.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Support project coordination and track deadlines and deliverables.
Perform other virtual administrative tasks as assigned.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive).
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively in a remote environment.
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
Basic knowledge of online tools such as Zoom, Slack, Trello, or similar platforms.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Minimum of 0–2 years of experience in a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
Freshers with strong communication and computer skills are encouraged to apply.
Prior experience working with international clients or remote teams is an added advantage.
Night Shift (Remote): Typically aligned with US or European business hours.
Full-time: 8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
Flexible scheduling may be available based on performance and business needs.
