Startup Inno is seeking enthusiastic and professional Online ESL Teachers from South Africa to deliver high-quality English language instruction to adult learners across the globe. As an Online ESL Teacher, you will conduct engaging virtual lessons, customize learning materials based on student needs, and create a supportive online learning environment. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive and structured online English lessons to adult learners.

• Assess students English proficiency and tailor lessons to meet individual learning goals.

• Develop lesson plans focusing on speaking, listening, reading, writing, and grammar.

• Provide constructive feedback and track student progress.

• Use online teaching platforms and digital tools effectively.

• Maintain a professional and supportive virtual classroom environment.

• Encourage student participation and confidence in using English.

• Meet performance standards related to attendance, student satisfaction, and lesson quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Native or fluent English speaker (South African tutors preferred).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently.

• Basic computer literacy and comfort with online platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.).

• Reliable internet connection and a quiet teaching environment.

Experience

• Previous ESL/EFL teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience teaching adults or professionals is a strong advantage.

• TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or similar certification is highly desirable.
