Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Travel Concierge – Luxury Itinerary Planner to join our premium customer experience team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing exceptional, personalized travel experiences for high-net-worth clients and discerning travelers across the globe. You will act as a trusted travel advisor, curating bespoke itineraries that reflect clients preferences, lifestyles, and expectations for luxury, comfort, and exclusivity.
As a Luxury Travel Concierge, you will combine strong research skills, industry knowledge, and outstanding customer service to deliver seamless end-to-end travel planning, including flights, accommodations, experiences, dining, and special requests. This role requires a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with premium clients.
Design and manage customized luxury travel itineraries based on client preferences, budgets, and travel goals.
Research and recommend premium hotels, resorts, villas, cruises, airlines, and exclusive experiences.
Coordinate all aspects of travel planning including flights, transfers, accommodations, activities, dining, and special events.
Provide real-time support to clients before, during, and after their trips.
Maintain strong relationships with global travel partners, suppliers, and service providers.
Handle special requests such as VIP access, private tours, concierge services, and unique experiences.
Prepare detailed travel documents, confirmations, and itineraries.
Stay up to date with global travel trends, luxury destinations, and industry developments.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Manage multiple client requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong customer service orientation with a luxury mindset.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online booking systems.
Strong research and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in travel planning, hospitality, tourism, or concierge services.
Experience in luxury travel, corporate travel, or premium customer service is highly preferred.
Prior experience working with international clients is an advantage.
Full-time or part-time remote position.
Flexible working hours with availability to support global clients across different time zones.
Occasional weekend or evening support may be required based on client needs.
In-depth knowledge of international destinations, travel regulations, and visa requirements.
Understanding of luxury hospitality brands and premium travel services.
Ability to anticipate client needs and deliver proactive solutions.
