Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Personal Bookkeeper to support our growing portfolio of international clients across the US and UK markets. This fully remote role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment and has strong expertise in managing financial records, transactions, and reconciliations with accuracy and confidentiality.

As a Virtual Personal Bookkeeper, you will play a critical role in maintaining financial integrity, supporting decision-making through accurate reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will work closely with business owners, finance managers, and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality bookkeeping services in line with global best practices.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for multiple clients.

  • Record daily financial transactions, including income, expenses, invoices, and payments.

  • Perform regular bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

  • Track budgets, cash flow, and financial performance.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax requirements.

  • Support payroll processing and expense management.

  • Communicate with clients regarding financial queries and documentation.

  • Assist in audit preparation and financial reviews when required.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Accounting Assistant, or similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.

  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks, or similar.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.

  • High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks remotely.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills.


Experience

  • Minimum of 2–4 years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience.

  • Experience working with international clients (US/UK) is highly preferred.

  • Prior remote or virtual work experience is an advantage.

  • Experience in small business or startup environments is a plus.


Working Hours

  • Full-time or part-time options available.

  • Must be available to work within US and/or UK business hours.

  • Flexible scheduling with core overlap hours for client communication.
