Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Personal Bookkeeper to support our growing portfolio of international clients across the US and UK markets. This fully remote role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment and has strong expertise in managing financial records, transactions, and reconciliations with accuracy and confidentiality.
As a Virtual Personal Bookkeeper, you will play a critical role in maintaining financial integrity, supporting decision-making through accurate reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will work closely with business owners, finance managers, and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality bookkeeping services in line with global best practices.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for multiple clients.
Record daily financial transactions, including income, expenses, invoices, and payments.
Perform regular bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Track budgets, cash flow, and financial performance.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax requirements.
Support payroll processing and expense management.
Communicate with clients regarding financial queries and documentation.
Assist in audit preparation and financial reviews when required.
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Accounting Assistant, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks, or similar.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks remotely.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Minimum of 2–4 years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience.
Experience working with international clients (US/UK) is highly preferred.
Prior remote or virtual work experience is an advantage.
Experience in small business or startup environments is a plus.
Full-time or part-time options available.

Strong understanding of financial reporting and reconciliation processes.
Ability to interpret financial data and provide insights.
