Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Claims Processor to join our international insurance operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, validating, and processing insurance claims in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards. Working fully online, you will support global clients by ensuring claims are handled accurately, efficiently, and with the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and process insurance claims submitted by international clients through online platforms.

  • Verify claim information, documentation, and supporting evidence for accuracy and completeness.

  • Assess claims in line with policy terms, coverage limits, and regulatory requirements.

  • Communicate with policyholders, agents, and internal teams to clarify claim details when required.

  • Update and maintain accurate records in the claims management system.

  • Identify discrepancies, potential fraud indicators, or missing information and escalate when necessary.

  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, data protection policies, and international insurance standards.

  • Meet productivity and quality targets within defined service-level agreements (SLAs).


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field (preferred).

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze documents accurately.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and online systems.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a remote environment.

  • High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality.


Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in insurance claims processing, customer service, data processing, or a related administrative role.

  • Prior experience in international insurance or financial services is an advantage but not mandatory.

  • Fresh graduates with strong analytical and communication skills may also be considered for entry-level roles.


Working Hours

  • Full-time: 40 hours per week.

  • Flexible shifts based on global business requirements (may include day, evening, or rotational shifts).

  • 100% remote work with stable internet connectivity required.

  • Knowledge of basic insurance concepts, claims lifecycle, and documentation processes.
