Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Online Lead Generation Specialist – B2B Sales Focus to join our growing digital sales team. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who is passionate about identifying new business opportunities, building high-quality sales pipelines, and supporting revenue growth through strategic online prospecting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for researching target markets, generating qualified B2B leads, and nurturing prospects across multiple digital channels. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a steady flow of sales-ready leads and contribute directly to the companys expansion in global markets.
Identify, research, and generate high-quality B2B leads through online platforms such as LinkedIn, company databases, CRM tools, and industry directories.
Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects aligned with business goals.
Execute outbound lead generation campaigns via email, social media, and other digital channels.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass sales-ready opportunities to the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify new industries and potential clients.
Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and messaging.
Track performance metrics such as conversion rates, response rates, and lead quality.
Continuously improve outreach processes and scripts for better engagement and results.
Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
Proven ability to generate and qualify B2B leads using online tools and platforms.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, and lead databases.
Excellent research and analytical skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve targets.
1–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, business development, or digital sales support.
Experience in SaaS, IT services, digital marketing, or technology-driven industries is an advantage.
Fresh graduates with strong digital skills and relevant internships may also be considered.
Full-time position (40 hours per week).
