Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Appointment Setter to join our growing international team. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident communicators, passionate about sales support, and eager to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a critical role in the sales pipeline by identifying potential clients, initiating contact, qualifying leads, and scheduling high-quality appointments for the sales team. This is a remote position aligned with South African working hours and offers high commission potential based on performance.
Proactively contact prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
Qualify leads by understanding client needs, interests, and decision-making authority.
Schedule and confirm appointments for senior sales consultants.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and increase conversion rates.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly appointment targets.
Handle objections professionally and provide basic information about company services.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality.
Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer experience at all times.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Confidence in handling outbound calls and engaging with prospects.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient personality.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telesales, appointment setting, lead generation, or customer service (preferred).
Freshers with strong communication skills and sales aptitude are also encouraged to apply.
Experience in B2B or B2C sales environments is an advantage.
This is a remote position aligned with South African (SA) business hours.
Typically Monday to Friday, full-time schedule.
Flexibility may be required based on campaign needs and client availability.
