Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our global operations. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who thrives in a remote environment and is capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. The Virtual Assistant will act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth business operations and timely communication across global time zones. This position is fully remote, with competitive USD-based compensation.
Provide executive-level administrative support to management and project teams.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple time zones.
Draft, proofread, and manage emails, reports, presentations, and other business correspondence.
Organize and maintain digital files, documents, and records for easy accessibility.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare actionable insights for business decisions.
Assist with onboarding new employees and maintain HR-related documentation.
Support project management tasks, including tracking deadlines, deliverables, and team communications.
Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring prompt responses and professional communication.
Perform ad hoc administrative tasks and support special projects as needed.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in virtual assistant, administrative support, or related roles.
Experience supporting international teams or working with global clients is highly desirable.
Prior exposure to managing schedules across multiple time zones is a plus.
Flexible remote working hours with availability for overlapping schedules with key stakeholders.
Must be able to accommodate meetings across global time zones as required.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
Strong digital literacy and comfort with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Teams, etc.).
