Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and lesson outcomes.

• Foster a positive, encouraging, and supportive virtual learning environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification is highly preferred.

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

• Proficiency in using online teaching platforms and digital tools for virtual classrooms.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with students remotely.

• Creative and adaptable in lesson delivery methods to maintain student engagement.

Experience

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) or in a similar educational role.

• Prior experience in an online teaching or virtual classroom environment is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Flexible schedule with peak teaching hours during evenings and weekends (South African Standard Time).

• Full-time and part-time positions available, depending on availability and preference.
