Job Summary:

Amazon is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Reservation Center team as Virtual Support Associates. In this role, you will provide exceptional assistance to customers, helping them manage, modify, and confirm reservations with speed and accuracy. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to deliver world-class customer service from the comfort of your home while being part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer communications regarding reservations via phone, email, and chat.

  • Provide accurate information about booking, availability, and policies.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Amazon reservation systems, tools, and processes.

  • Document interactions and transactions accurately in the system.

  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors as needed.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and ensure a seamless customer experience.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Experience:

Working Hours:

  • Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays may be required.

  • Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week.

  • Standard virtual support hours typically align with peak customer demand periods.
