Job Summary

Amazon is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual AHS Specialist fluent in Portuguese and English to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support and assistance to Amazons associates, ensuring that health, safety, and operational standards are consistently met. You will act as a key point of contact for both internal teams and external partners, helping to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining Amazons commitment to excellence and associate well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide bilingual (Portuguese/English) support for Amazon associates, responding promptly to inquiries related to health, safety, and workplace procedures.

  • Investigate, document, and resolve associate-related cases and issues in accordance with company policies.

  • Serve as a liaison between associates, management, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of issues.

  • Maintain accurate records and track trends to identify potential risks or recurring issues.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and implement solutions for operational challenges.

  • Communicate complex information clearly and professionally to associates and stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with Amazon policies, local regulations, and health and safety standards.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with internal case management systems.

  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.


Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, human resources, or associate support roles.

  • Experience in bilingual support or working in a multicultural environment is highly preferred.

  • Prior experience in health, safety, or operations-related functions is an advantage.


Working Hours

  • This is a full-time position.
