Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for ADC systems, applications, and hardware used in classified environments.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues efficiently and accurately.

  • Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and proactively implement solutions to maintain operational readiness.

  • Document all technical interactions, system changes, and incident resolutions in compliance with security protocols.

  • Support system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities to ensure minimal operational disruption.

  • Train and mentor junior team members on system operations and technical problem-solving.

  • Maintain strict adherence to TS/SCI security protocols and safeguard sensitive information.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance is mandatory.

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.

  • Experience with ADC systems, classified communications platforms, and secure operational environments.

Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of technical support or customer service experience in defense, intelligence, or highly secure technical environments.

  • Hands-on experience with classified systems or similar secure technical platforms preferred.

  • Prior experience working with cross-functional technical teams and delivering support in mission-critical operations is highly desirable.


Working Hours

  • Full-time position.

  • Flexibility to work shifts, evenings, weekends, or on-call as required to support 24/7 operations.

  • Some remote support may be possible, but on-site presence at secure facilities is often required.
