Amazon is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Weekend Administrative Support Associate (Remote) to provide essential administrative assistance during weekend operations. Provide remote administrative support to Amazon teams during weekend shifts
Manage and update records, reports, and internal databases accurately
Handle email correspondence, scheduling, and coordination of meetings or tasks
Assist with data entry, document preparation, and file management
Support operational teams with routine administrative requests
Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy, and confidentiality standards
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding task status
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for efficiency
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Google Workspace)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Previous experience in administrative support, virtual assistance, data entry, or office coordination is preferred
