Amazon is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fulfillment Administrative Assistant to support its Logistics and Fulfillment operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse and logistics activities by providing administrative, reporting, and coordination support to operations managers and logistics teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where accuracy and efficiency are essential.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Fulfillment and Logistics team
Coordinate daily operational reports, trackers, and documentation related to inbound and outbound logistics
Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory movements, attendance, and performance metrics
Assist managers with scheduling, meetings, shift coordination, and follow-ups
Prepare presentations, dashboards, and summaries for internal stakeholders
Support communication between warehouse teams, transportation partners, and management
Ensure compliance with Amazon policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
Handle email correspondence, data entry, and document control efficiently
Identify process gaps and suggest continuous improvement opportunities
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Basic understanding of logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to multitask and prioritize work under tight deadlines
Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities
Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification preferred
1–3 years of experience in administrative support, logistics, operations, or supply chain roles
Experience working in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or large operational environment is an advantage
Fresh graduates with strong analytical and administrative skills may also be considered
Full-time position
Rotational shifts may be required, including day, night, weekends, or holidays, depending on business needs
Flexibility to support peak operational periods
Knowledge of logistics workflows and fulfillment processes
Ability to analyze operational data and generate actionable insights
Strong coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams
